Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Puzzle Acrylic Charm
A set is four pieces, each about 4 cm, with tabs that build an 8 cm square or a character outline. Every piece has its own hole, so it can hang alone or share one ring. We print the full image first and cut the seams second, which keeps the picture continuous. Order from 1 set. Do not run a seam through an eye or the middle of a small line of type. Tabs should be at least 4 mm wide or repeated assembly will frost the edge. It fits friendship sets, split-character preorders, and map reveals.
