Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Holographic Acrylic Charm
The film works best when it is not buried. Leave hair highlights, stars, and a clear rim on the holographic layer, and keep white ink under skin and type so the rainbow does not knock the letters out. Patterns include shattered glass, star grain, and a linear streak. Name the one you want on the proof; grain will not match perfectly across batches. Thickness stays 3.5 mm and the schedule matches the clear charm. Order from 1 piece. If the file floods white everywhere, the film disappears, and the proof will flag that.
