Prepress Artwork Preparation Guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI at 100% physical print dimensions.
- Color Profile: CMYK mode recommended. RGB files are converted with minimal shift.
- Bleed Margin: Keep main character lineart 2mm inside the outer cut border.
- White Underbase: If you desire transparent stained-glass effects, specify in notes.
Custom Kiss-Cut Vinyl Stickers
The film is about 180 μm of vinyl plus a gloss or matte laminate. It handles a dishwasher cycle and rain, not a long soak. Kiss-cut slices the sticker and leaves the backing, so a sheet peels one piece at a time. Minimum is 5 because the job runs from a roll. Keep the long side under about 15 cm or bubbles get hard to push out. Send a cut path and 3 mm bleed. Say whether a multi-sticker sheet should stay one piece or kiss-cut every shape. Leave at least 3 mm between shapes so weeding does not lift a neighbor.
